When is the park open?

For general dates and special events, visit the Schedule page.  Also on this page is a printable calendar. Due to weather and other factors outside of our control, we suggest always visiting our Facebook page before visiting. If we have to unexpectedly close, we will make a post along with add a splash page to our website.

Our attraction is heavily impacted by the weather. We make every attempt to be open but will close if there is a heavy downpour, lighting, or loss of power. We cannot predict the weather, therefore, we cannot provide accurate information on whether we will be open or how long we will be open. We operate numerous nights throughout the season, if you live any distance from our attraction we would suggest attending on a night when there is no rain or inclement weather in the forecast. To read our full weather policy, click here.

Where is it located? How do I enter the park?

Joe Mack Campbell Park (600 Harry Dr., Jonesboro, AR 72401). You will enter from Harry Dr. at the Dollar General store and travel approximately one mile to the entrance of the park. You will exit on Dan Ave.

Where can I purchase Admission and how much does it cost?

For admission information, visit our Admission page. Admission passes purchased via credit/debit card incur a booking fee, whereas those purchased with cash are the face value of the ticket. Please be advised of scammers or resellers selling admission passes — we can only guarantee entry when official passes are purchased at the gate or on our website.

Christmas at the Park is excited to offer discounted or free admission. For those that may not be able to afford, the admission fee, we would suggest seeing our Pay What You Can Nights or the Christmas at the Park Expressway.

Are pets allowed?

Yes and No. Animals are allowed in the vehicle, but only registered service animals are permitted outside of the vehicle. Service animals must be leashed, wear identifiable markers, and any excrements promptly cleaned up. Please notify a Christmas at the Park staff upon arrival. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) cites that emotional support dogs or animals do not have the training to do specific tasks in assisting a person with a disability or impairment. Therefore, these animals are not permitted to accompany their owner outside of the vehicle. In short, please do not abuse a law in place to help those with disabilities.

Further explanation, a service animal as defined by the ADA are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with a mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not quality as service animals under the ADA. According to law, we may ask if the animal is required because of a disability and what work or task the animal has been trained to perform.
